
Red Rooster Group, in a joint project with Moss Appeal, won a Silver MARK Award of Excellence for developing a “Cheap Date Kit” direct mailing for Reelzchannel. The award recognizes excellence in promotional creativity cable industry and puts us in the company of HBO, Showtime, other leading cable brands. The kit was mailed to decision makers of cable operators such as Time Warner Cable, to get them to consider Reelchannel for their line-up. The nearly 2-foot box filled with Smack ‘N’ Cheese, an electric votive, a tin of mints and a blanket, all promoting Reelzchannel, conveyed the concept of movies as a cheap date and paved the way for the sales team to make their pitch.
